Hi, I’m LeAnn, a Registered Nurse and owner of Cherry Creek Adult Family Home. I built these homes from a place of personal passion, driven by my grandfather’s need for assisted living later in his life.
Our dedicated staff at Cherry Creek understands that the search for a true home is a big decision. That’s why we want to make the transition as easy as possible with 24/7 care, a high staff-to-resident ratio, and plenty of activities.
